Had to fit a replacement cylinder bushing in one of my SA revolvers, somewhere down the road it was fitted with one that was bored off center which prevented easy chambering of two cylinders. The replacement was too large in both OD and length. Not having a lathe I was able to use this combination and my drill press to solve both problems. The wing nut held the bushing solid so I could use various grits of sandpaper to reduce the diameter in the drill press. Later it held the bushing reasonably square to a sandpaper covered flat surface which allowed me to reduce it's length. The Bisley is now shooting 38-40 again with no issue.
