I have taken a big step. I have hired my first employee to help me do gunsmithing and Cerakote work and it is one of INGO’s own members: Stymie12000.
INGO members, you have been very good to me…. Sometimes too good as I have been spending a lot of my waking hours working on many of your guns and not to mention more than a few of your cars.
A while back I put out a feeler for someone to help with the Cerakote work , Stymie (Matt) had spare time and he volunteered. That was a few months ago and I have been teaching him more machine work than anything else since then.
Anyway making a long story short the arrangement has worked out so well he has now become my first employee.
Thanks to everyone on here that has entrusted me with your projects and I hope you will continue to do so. I am curious where this will lead.
Here is some of the first week’s work that I would have been struggling to get done by myself. In addition to the pics below we have completed some other small repair jobs on various pistols also.

Matt did the lions share of the work below with my assistance where needed.

Some Saiga AK work. Doing a combo gas block and shorten barrel, pin and weld a brake. Along with complete Cerakote refinish.

Since this was going to get a pin and weld brake on it I did not need to press the barrel out to indicate everything to the bore like I would for suppressor

Thanks, we'll see how it goes I was very reluctant to take the plunge but the long hours between the body shop and and the "hobby" were getting to be too much.

If only my oven was as big as the booth....

I wish I had taken pictures of SBRing the Scorpion.
I have a couple crappy "before" pictures.
And I can take some "after" pictures.
"In between" would have been nice.
But I didn't want to get in your guys way. And I had a bad migraine/nausea the entire day.

I still have to shoot the gun. But everything seems to operate okay so far.
