I don't know anyone just piqued my interest. Laser engraving or gold inlaid hand engraved... because that'd be awesome

With the machines available for laser these days the possibilities will blow your mind. MADD Engineering in Greenville can do the wood and/or metal.

I've had a few things engraved at ZR Tactical in Noblesville.

I have a Ghost Gunner mill and started to play around with the engraving code this morning. Super easy to use.
The top lower was the 2nd one I did, was able to move the image around and size it bigger and only cut it at .1 mm deep
The bottom was the 1st time engraving, I cut it too deep at .8mm and doesn’t show the detail of the image, luckily it was done on a junk lower.
I used a 60 degree end mill bit, I’m thinking a cutter with a 20 or 30 degree will help with those fine detail images.
