Picked up a CZ standard IPSC/tactical sport. It has the CGW SAO trigger that functions properly, as in it doesn’t do the double action. The problem is that the trigger will still drop the hammer when the safety is on. Is it a sear problem? Help

If it also has a Cajun race hammer and adjustable sear it sounds like the adjustable sear was not properly set or the Loctite failed because they did not clean the threads before applying it. This would allow the set screw to move out thus not making contact on the safety pad that rotates rearward and under the set screw in the adjustable sear.
If it has the stock hammer and sear I do not see how the safety would not engage unless safety or sear cage have been messed with. Can you post a picture of the sear cage with the safety lever up?

If you look down at the left side of the sear cage and move the safety lever up you should see it rotate back and under the sear safety pad.
