Was wondering what INGO members were using. I'd like to buy one for several family members and friends that own AR15 rifles. I have several people that don't own them. Figured it's time they did.

What are your recommendations on a good quality Armorer's Wrench.

FSC (Federal Supply Class, first 4 of the NSN) is 5120. The NIIN (National Item Identification Number) 01-512-4959 is correct. 13+ years in Supply, I can't help it.

Crud - looks like it may be discontinued. Bummer. It is a great tool.

May not helpful for the OP, since you are looking for several, but if you run across one of these, snatch it up.

I have a Tapco which worked on several builds but the last time I removed a buffer tube, it rounded off the end and I ended up having to use Channel Locks to remove the buffer tube.

It may have been the fault of the buffer tube being stuck on the lower, but I felt like if the wrench had fit a little tighter it wouldn't have happened.

Seem to be some good 'buy now' deals here:

Forgot to mention, I picked up a wrench like this one awhile back, has worked fine for a few disassembly/reassembly and a AR9/PCC build. Fit and finish probably better on the more expensive ones, but this did the trick with some careful use.

I have a Real Avid that comes in the AR-15 armorer's master kit that I picked up.

Really like it plus doubles as a hammer with 3 different interchangeable hitting faces, nylon, brass and rubber along with the steel face.

Have not handled one of these, but it looks sharp! I wonder - what is the purpose of the serrations along the top? Do you know?

That looks like a great tool. I'm leaning towards buying them. Will wait to see what others come up with before buying. Right now it's looking like #1 on the list.
