I built an AR9 using an upper from Daytona tactical, and an 80% lower from them.
I have built an AR10 with pieces from PSA, and it works great.
I am having a problem with the AR9. It will only cycle through 2 or 3 rounds before failing to eject. It initially worked much better. So, I am afraid that I bumped something and got it out of position. I am suspicious about the ejector. Everything looks correct, but I am not sure what to look for.
I am looking for suggestions. Thanks.
Pictures of the lower are hopefully attached.

I think your ejector is bent ever so slightly toward the left side of the receiver.
I would try tapping it VERY lightly, or bend it easily and slowly with a pair of pliers.

If I'm right, you should only need to move it about 1/16" toward the center of the receiver.

    What he said.

I had the same problem with mine and bent it a little to the right and it has been flawless since.

Should be "almost" touching the bottom/side of the bolt.

I'm going to have to try that as a fix. I have a new PCC 9mm and it ran 2 Glock 19 mags without a problem and then after every round would FTE. Tried 2 different Glock mags, 2 different Magpuls and 2 different ETS mags with same results. I will also contact manufacturer to get their take

    Mgderf,

    THANK YOU!!!
I haven't had a chance to get to the range before today. But, I gave the ejector a slight twist to the right, and tried it out. NO FAILURES!!! Thank you!

You got lucky! I tore mine down and found that it wasn't shipped with an ejector installed. Fortunately the manufacturer is sending a replacement

    You're more than welcome.
Glad to hear it was such an easy fix.

I would not have had a clue if it hadn't happened to me too.

I don't understand how you could have run more than one round, let alone two mags, without an ejector.
