It's a gently used 642 w/ a lock. I've put about 100 rounds through it with zero issues. It's been pocket carried since April of this year and show a little wear but not much. I've painted the front sight a little to give a somewhat better sight picture but other than that, it's bone stock.
It comes with the original box and everything that came with it from the factory, 2 HKS speed loaders, 2 six-shot speed strips (only one pictured), 90 rounds of TulAmmo 130 gr fmj, and 15 rounds of Federal HST Micro snubby +p ammo (plus the 5 empty cases).
