Hello INGO,
I have for sale 5 Walther P38’s all from 1945. One is a rare all numbers matching NLS but the rest are “cigarette” guns. After the Nazi’s got their butts kicked out of France, they left the parts to build thousands of P38s and the French factory workers set about doing so. American GI’s were trading cigarettes for these mismatched P38s to bring home from the war. There’s some debate on whether this is true or not but I digress.
The 4 cigarette P38s are all from C block which puts them at March/April of 1945 timeframe.
The 1 numbers matching must’ve been in January 1945 as there’s no letter suffix.
I have two holsters and they they will go with C and E (black grips)
Prices are $500 obo for any of the cigarette guns which are A and D The price for the numbers matching is $850 obo which is letter C below.
Cash is king. I will entertain some trades but I’m picky. Cash can go either way. I like ARs, Sigs, higher end 1911s. Ammo interests are .223, 300 black out (subs only) and 9mm.
I will need to see an IN DL to prove residency. I’ll show mine as well. I’m not writing anything down and expect the same. Please do not bump the ad. Send offers, questions and I’ll Take It to PM only. I’m happy to provide more pics but please understand a request for pics is not an I’ll Take It so if someone calls it while you’re looking at pics, it’s theirs.
I’m in Greenwood just south of Indy.
