Sold
The thinning continues. I bought this early this year at a local auction but now realize I will never shoot such a beauty and it should find a good home. S&W 17-4, P&R, TH, TT, with original box, papers and tools. The turn line is so faint I question if it was fired outside the factory. The 17-4 oddly had both pinned barrels and non-pinned. Apparently the combo of the target trigger, hammer, and grips is less common and much sought after. A really beautiful gun. Only downside is while the grips are correct, they are stamped August 24, 1985 but the serial # dates it to 1981 (94K8XXX).
Sold for $700. Cash or silver at spot. FTF within an hour or so of Evansville; This would be Vincennes, Washington, Bloomington, Bloomfield, Ferdinand, etc. Please do not post in the ad & PM any questions or offers.
