Smith and Wesson model 10-5, fair condition (rough finish, no rust, 100% mechanical, .001 endshake). Bought from a fella, was a Jordanian Police trade in (JP and number stamped in front of trigger guard) but gun was round butted (and fairly well, I have other round butt grips from other guns and they match up great) and an attempt at rebluing by the previous owner, I can only think it's a Birchwood Casey cold blue affair. Bought, never got around to firing it, but tested it for timing and it's spot on.
This is NOT a collector's item due to the previous owner's work, so I don't know anything on the provenance of the piece, nor will I be able to furnish production date, etc... It's a 10-5 taper barrel, it's fun and a good gun.
No box or papers, I have the original grips but they are square butt, so the gun currently wears Pachymeyer compacts. Will come wrapped in a greasy gray polo shirt.
You can keep the shirt.
