I want to get a 2nd 22lr hand gun for plinking with my wife. We already have a 22a ..
we are thinking about the Sig one..
anyone have pro / con it ? I saw on another forum that a guy reported they can have loose barrels, is this so or just a fluke?

I have a Sig Mosquito. A lot has been written about how 'bad' this gun is, but if you wade through all of this you will see that most who own one are quite happy with it. If you follow the owner's manual recommendation to put 500 rounds or so of CCI Minimags through it to break it in, keep it clean, and, yes, check for tightness of the barrel screw, it seems to be a very decent little pistol. Magazines have also been suggested as something you might need to do a little clean up on. I took mine apart and checked for burrs, etc. and now have no problems. There's good info on how to address the known issues on the Sig forum - all are easily taken care of.

I'm not going to give mine up!
