    That's about right.

$375 would be a great deal. $400 would be a good deal. $500 would be almost like buying new.

Sounds reasonable, I'd buy one for that price if I wanted another 9mm Glock. Which I would buy. I gave $440 for a like-new G26 with 4-10round mags in the factory box/manual.

It seems like prices have really gone up. I bought a new G19 in late October for $460 including FFL transfer and no taxes (was ordered online from out of state).

Yes, I am looking at close to $480 with tax. I can't remember if this shop charges a fee for the BATF call and check. That kills a deal with me regardless of price usually. That's kind of pawn shop tactics.

Look at most every gun and ammo right now though, it seems like prices are going up overnight in some cases. Doesn't necessarily surprise me with the current economic/political SNAFU we're stuck in. You want to be sick about Glock pricing, look at Gander mountain and then puke.

It could be worse I guess.
In Austria (where Glocks are made), Glock 19s are going for €665 right now, that's $860 USD.
I think the price increases are mainly due to panic buying in anticipation of the Obama presidency.
The place I bought my G19 @$440 is now asking $467 for them. Throw in $20 for the FFL and you're up to $487.

I bought a new Glock 23 at PSS for $489, $523.23 out the door with taxes.

Why buy used when you get a new for not that much more?

I guess just to compare, the same shop had a new G19 for $515. So they are a little higher. That's what happens when Gander Mt. moves into town. You know that store (Gander) was selling Mosin Nags for over $200 and couldn't keep them on the shelf.

If you belong to GSSF you can buy a new one for 400+ transfer fees, I guess. Their website has the details.
At every gunshop I've been to in/around Indy business has appeared to be brisk!
Glock standard capacity mags are now 36$-that's the new price due to oil when it was 150$/bbl(plastic) and weak dollar. That's the price I was quoted @ Elmores and PSS.
The G-19 is a really fun pistol to shoot for most-bet you'd like it.
The only thing I can imagine that would be better than a '19 would be a '23 with spare bbls from LoneWolf in 9mm(thicker walled than a '19) and a
    .357 Sig(same mags as the .40)
    YMMV

Ive bought and sold a few of them and its a decent price. Mine were like new and I bought and sold them for around 425. So if its nice thats not too bad. If I can get a new gun for 50 bucks or so more I'd go new. Many people just don't seem to shoot their guns much so you can find some pretty sweet used ones.

$450, used but looks new. Standard sights as far as I can tell (def. not ns). Unsure of what gen. Not really up on glocks.

    It's ok, but that's it - IF it's a 3rd generation (finger grooves/light rail)

New glocks are $489 and can be found less.

I wouldn't pay more than $400 for standard sights/2 full metal lined/drop free mags.

If it had night sights I'd spend another $50.
