I have a Beretta 92F that I have rehabilitated. I had new night sights installed and now I would like to mount a weapon light. This is going to be my new home defense pistol.

I have only found 2 options to mount a light, but I cannot find many reviews on these. I was wondering if any of my fell INGO'ers had an experience with either of these.

This first one is called the EZ Rail (formerly called the TICK mount).

The next one is probably a slam dunk because it's made by Surefire. But it cost twice as much.

FWIW, I have to vote for the surefire mount. I have yet to buy anything from them that has not been built to last.

I assumed that Surefire would be good to go, but I didn't know if anyone had personal experience with it or the EZ Rail. And the Surefire mount is pretty expensive.

I would even be open to other options, but the only other option I could find was an NCStar bracket on Amazon. It had a lot of negative ratings and does not appear to be made well.

Has anyone ever tried one of the options above?
