AR pistol handguards?

Hi all -
another AR pistol question for you.
Are there any handguards/rails for AR pistol that are not free floated? (Since it wouldn't have a FSB/other to press against)
Or am I thinking all wrong??

You can put a regular FSB on an AR pistol barrel, and use standard handguards. The factory upper assemblies from Delton and PSA come with standard AR handguards and FSBs. One could then put the Magpul or a drop in cheese grater handguard on with ease. Hope this helps.
