Glock 42 9x18 Makarov conversion kit

So, apparently, Lone Wolf has an Alpha Wolf drop in barrel that converts the Glock 42 to 9x18 Makarov. I'm curious to see how the G42 runs with 9x18 (which I guess you can find cheaper than .380).

Still, though, this seems like an odd conversion. All I wanted them to do was make a threaded barrel for my G42.

Makarov Kitty does not approve of this. In fact, I may just stop carrying 9x18 now.

Although the improvement isn't earth shattering, Makarov is slightly better than .380.

Yes, for the most part. Makarov is also somewhat cheaper.

About a year ago I saw that Glock was to bring out the model 47 in 9mm Makarov. I haven't heard anything since then.

Does anyone shoot these sub compact guns enough to realize any cost savings? I sure don't!

Also, gonna say not a lot of modern bullets are loaded into 9mm Mak.

Probably not, but I bet some would consider the conversion if they had a Makarov at home and didn't want to add another caliber to the stable.
