Are all their offerings good? They had one on slick guns the other day. What caught my attention was the grip angle which from looking at the picture seemed to be very similar to mg 92G. For those that have one are they about same size grip?

    Thanks

    Need specifics - model #.

Overall, they're good and have developed an almost cult-like following. In other words, people that have shot them or own them, love 'em. Everyone else says, "what's CZ?"

The only issues I've had with CZs has been with a couple of their .40 pistols. 3 of the 5 I have right now have been perfect, but two of them are sensitive to recoil spring fatigue. If you are looking at a 9mm or .45 CZ, then Rusty is spot on. The basic 75 design (including the P07/9, 85 and 97) is rock solid and comes in a huge number of flavors. You can have safety equipped models, decockers, SA/DA, SAO, full size, compact, steel frame and aluminum.

I've had many cz firearms and ALL (except the p09,1911) have moved on to different owners. Buy one! you'll swoon over it for a yr. then move on.

    Infidel! Off with his head!:):

Had one of the pre-B 75's and my 9mm Rami out over the weekend. I shot the 75 better. Gotta remember to continue the squeeze on that one in DA. Makes for a real fast double tap if you don't.

CZ75s are well made, so are Glock, 1911 (based on brand), M&Ps, etc. Subjective as to "good". What are you looking for? I'm a recent owner of a CZ75b, sweet gun for my purposes which is Steel Shooting.

So I shot my CZ-75BD for the first time this weekend, and I really liked it. I am not sure which I like better, the CZ or the HK.

So I can definitely recommend the CZ-75BD.

I had an initial infatuation period with CZs and then moved on to other stuff for a couple of years. I sold a bunch of CZs and built a decent collection of Glocks with 2 19s, a 20, 21, 23, 27, 29 and 30. Then I realized that I simply enjoy the CZ platform more than the Glocks and the tide swung back big time. Now, I only have the 21, 23 and 30 left and in their place came more CZs. As much as I wanted to love the G19, the P07 is a far better pistol for me. I'd shoot the G19s and think "That sucked! I know I'm better than that". But, when I shoot the P07, I think "Damn, that was great. I didn't think I was that good". I'll probably always have a Glock or two around, but for me, the CZ platform works way better.
