    Hi all -
Just browsing the Ruger website, and noticed that they have (again!) removed the 327 Fed Mag from the GP100 line-up. It was a 7-shot in the GP100 frame with a 4.2" barrel. I was really considering this as my next revolver purchase.

I still see 327 in the SP101 line-up and as a LCR also.

Ruger discontinued the .327 federal magnum GP100 at the end of 2013 and haven't brought it back since. They also discontinued the 3" SP101 around the same time, but they reintroduced it a couple years back, only this time with a 4" barrel. The .327 LCR is the most recent addition to their .327 product line.

The .327 GP100's are great guns and you can still occasionally find them on Gunbroker, but the prices usually are $1000+ since they were the rarest of the Ruger double action .327's.

    Thanks for the info.
I like the idea of the SP101 w/ 6 shots in 327, but I could have sworn that they had reintroduced the GP100 on .327 about 8 or 9 months ago. I'll bet that I'm just confusing the .327 in the LCR and SP101 with the GP100 in .22LR, thinking that they also had .327 in the GP100. After all, they even have a .44spl GP100 now... come on, bring back the .327 GP100, Ruger!

I have a Single Seven and all of the others Ruger has made except for the Blackhawk.

Hog Slayer, I am game to shoot anytime you are able to get together with me.
