I have a Safariland OWB holster that's kind of a hybrid of sorts. I use mine for my SP01 Tactical, but I'm sure they make them for the 75B as well. To date, I've been carrying it as a paddle holster but need to try it with the belt loops some day. The paddle holster config does a good job of keeping the significant bulk of the SP01 from moving around.

If you want one for concealed OWB, look no further than Black Rhino Concealment. Excellent company, and some of the best holsters I have ever bought. They use a 90/10 kydex mold and interesting extended clips. It holds the gun very securely and tight against the body. I'm 5'9" 175lbs and I can conceal my M&P Core with TLR-1 and red dot under just a button up. Seriously. A thinner 75B would just disappear.

I should note that the holsters come with a second set of clips to use them IWB should you want to.
