in a world of want had me putting a down payment on a S&W 617. Been wanting one for a long while to match my 686 and 629. LGS happened to have a 6" version sitting in a case calling my name. Temptation and addiction is a powerful thing. I am weak!!:ingo:

The cure for your addiction is simple - just keep on buying great revolvers like S&W. May I suggest a Model 25-3 in .45 Colt? It will compliment your collection. Enjoy!

Beware the darkside in your moment of weakness, Glocks are a temptation to avoid you must. As the house in New Orleans called the rising sun has caused the downfall on many, so to will the house of glock.

    Congrats!!

I just recently picked up a Ruger GP 100 22. I considered the SW 617, but in the end decided to go with the GP 100 22 instead.

Hey, you'll pay a bit more for it than most other .22 handguns, but as the saying goes, go big or go home.
    Sounds like a great idea.

Oh great the 25-3! I'm working on getting a 610 then maybe the 45 will be next. This is the best shooting 22 revolver I have. Glad I pulled the trigger on this pistol, couldn't be happier.
