I want to get a compact .40 S&W x-change kit for my full size 9 mm P320. All I see are P250 kits on Sig's website. Are they the same thing? Will the P250 kit fit the P320? I wouldn't think it would since the 250 has a hammer. Or, and this is entirely possible, I'm over-thinking things. I have a habit of doing that... :dunno:

The slides are different from the 250 to the 320.
I have compared them personally and you can't use them interchangeably.
I ended up signing up on the website when they get them in stock and I bit the bullet last year and got my 9mm kit to convert my 40 to 9.
There is even a difference between the slides from 40 to 9, so you just can't change barrels out.
Now the conversion from 40 to 357 is just a barrel change and the 250 barrels will work in the 320.
You may be waiting a while since the safety recall is going to be taking up much of their time.
When I signed up on the website, they indicated that I would need to send in the complete pistol and all my caliber kits.
There is some machining that is needed to the slide.
