I have never experienced anything less than excellent CS from gun manufacturers. Charter Arms included. Problem Solved!

I have experienced their CS. It actually was not for warranty issues, but upgrading something that was working just fine. They did a very good job of taking care of me.

Give them a call. It would seem to me that they will take care of you.
