I have an Alien Gear hybrid that is just OK except that the screws holding the shell onto the back have repeatedly come loose. I put blue loctite on them to stop that. To be fair, it is extremely stable and will not rock back and forth on your belt. On the other hand it is a PITA to put on the belt without dropping your pants--not what you'd want to do in your car outside a "non permissive environment". No, I don't recommend this one.

I have a NSRtactical IWB rig that resembles a Milt Sparks "summer special" but in kydex on order. Bladetech has a similar holster (the "shadow" I think) which is similar in design and cost. I have that model for my 1911 and like it a lot. I'm 5'10"/150lbs and can easily conceal that 1911 govt model under a sweat shirt

I use either a blade tec eclipse kydex or a desantis leather holster I got from cdnn sports (the have them for 20 bucks)
when I recover from Christmas I’m going to buy a black point tactical wing (I’ve got one for my 226) and it’s my favorite holster hands down

I prefer NSR, cry havoc, or green force tactical

But id look into some type of retention for that 320 so it doesn't fall out and fire.

I’ve been looking at the sidecar and I really like it. The extra mag is a bonus!

Yeah, between that and the Tier 1 Concealment AGIS, I just went with the Sidecar because of cost. A friend of mine carries his G19 in a Tier 1 and I have to say it is a bit nicer because of the leather between the holster and mag carrier which lets it bend to your body a bit more, but the Sidecar is nice. The Tier 1 runs about $130 and if you have the extra money to spend, you might look into it.

If you prefer the hybrid IWB style White Hat Holsters makes a good one. They're happy to make custom mods too, like if you want the kydex to fully cover the muzzle or if you have an optic. PM me if you want pics of a P320rx in the holster.

I got a Wright Leather works Predator pancake holster and a Wright Leather works shoulder rig, a bit on the pricey side but you get what you pay for.

I have an Alien OWB holster for my Sig P320 Compact. You can even get replacement shells for them. It is a nice holster. The problem is that I recently put a Crimson Trace CMR-201 laser on the rail and I'm going to install tall "suppressor sights". Alien doesn't make a shell to accept those add ons and said that they won't unless there is a big demand. I just ordered a Gold Star IWB for the pistol that will accommodate all the add ons. It is more expensive than the Alien holsters, but I had few options.
