I recently bought a 2 inch snub revolver after selling one to my brother years ago. Was wondering how you all carried with these pistols. I have a cheap ankle holster that allows the tip to tuck in to a boot for support, and it's not horrible to carry. Does anyone use IWB?

The revolver does have a hammer.

I sometimes do when I don't want to carry a real gun.

    Real gun?

I've started to again. I found a nice leather OWB holster for the new Colt Cobra I bought and have been wearing it.

First gun that I ever carried was a Rossi M88 .38, OWB (but always under a jacket) in a homemade leather holster.

A nice, higher quality .38 revolver is on my to-get list, but that Rossi has a surprisingly good trigger.

If I end up shooting my revolver all season this year, I may end up with one by next fall. I would carry it OWB in a Tucker Gunleather most likely. And I would either remove the hammer spur or get a spurless hammer for it. I'd virtually never shoot it SA.

I have been known to carry my 66 and 686 from time to time IWB. I don’t carry the 629 it’s more for the fun of shooting.

I didnt know theses weren’t real guns, I learn something everyday
