Springfield 1911s - good deal or not?

Saw these today when I visited a local shop. I'm not a Springer guy, but thought I'd pass these along in case they are decent deals and anyone is looking. The Trading Post in Marion has them (not affiliated in any way, except I browse there from time to time).

If the TRP is in good shape, that would be a decent deal. But I am not a SA expert.
