This seemed like a good price.
If it was from an individual, I'd buy it, but FFL fees and Shipping and maybe taxes deter me.

Seems decent. However PSA is blowing out the gen 1 Shields for $249.99 for the 9mm.

After picking up a 45 Shield I would much rather have the 2.0 Shield with the same grip texture. I have the Gen 1 Shield and have Talon decal style grips on them but still prefer the feel of the 2.0 Smith.

    1. Loved my Shield .45
    2. great shooter and only a bit bigger than the 9mm Shield.

I'd agree with that. Really like the texture on all the 2.0's including the Shield. I like the trigger on my 2.0 quite a bit as well.

If you wait and shop the 2.0 Shields, good deals can be found for sure, and it is a quality gun.

I saw a used M&P 9c at a LGS for $329, bought it, got a 17 round mag with adapter, shoots everything I've fed it. Fits my hand better than a Glock, I can hit better with it, I'm an M&P guy now, wanting a full size now.

Rest assured it found a good home. Lol

    1. Hey! Good to "hear" from you!
    2. It was a favorite of mine, and I do wonder b/c of its size and "soft" recoil, whether I should have just kept it.
    3. It truly was a non-flashy, boring, "perfect" size, inexpensive and dependable CC.
    4. I was in a mode of eliminating 5 different calibers at the time to simplify my life: pledging to just stick with only two calibers, and I just sold my Ruger LCR.357 (sweet trigger and recoil) and sold my Ruger Security Six .357 (bought a Colt Cobra .38sp) so I have now eliminated a 6th caliber now.
    5. If I got a SW 9mm revolver (tried a Charter Arms 9mm), I could eliminate my .38 sp. round but I love the Ruger LCRx muchly, and it's not a range gun, so I've live with having that caliber b/c of size, trigger, recoil.

I don't think eliminating 357 mag, but keeping a 38 special counts as eliminating a caliber, unless you are rationalizing to your wife
(especially in the direction of eliminating a 357 mag firearm in favor of a 38)
