Question about selling something out of state?

I have an Indiana carry license (or whatever the correct term is), is it legal for me to carry a handgun to the gun show in Louisville for the purpose of selling it?

I know someone will ask... the reason I want to know is that I have something I would be willing to offer in trade if I were to find just the right item, but I don't want to let it go otherwise. Thus, the reason I am not simply offering it for sale here. I may get to that point eventually, but for now I just want to know if I have the option of taking it with me on the off-chance it might be useful to me in a trade. It has only been fairly recently that I started collecting handguns, so it simply hasn't been an issue before.

As long as the sale is transferred by a dealer in that state (or sold to a C&R licensee), you're GTG.

That's pretty much irelevent since you'll be carrying the gun in a box and unloaded. I'm assuming you're not intending the carry a loaded gun into the gun show.

Oh, if you're asking about carrying your loaded handgun on your person, well, then yes, your LTCH from Indiana is accepted in KY.

Thanks for the replies, you have answered my question very well. Yes, I was speaking of an unloaded handgun to trade to a dealer, just didn't know if the license made any difference or not.
