I don’t own one, but have handled it several times. I was super excited about this gun.

    Pros:
-Very good DA trigger, shorter length of pull and lighter than a stock S&W.
    -Locks up very tight
    -Weight-weighs almost 10oz less than an S&W L-frame 3”
    -Nice build quality

    Cons:
    -No rear sights
-Size is Small, I was shocked at how small it is. If you want it to replace your S&W 686, it simply won’t. That’s what I was hoping for, but it’s way smaller than an L-frame.
-Weight, can be a Con when shooting full house magnums.

I guess I expected it to be more in line with the size of the old King Cobras, which are comparable to S&W L-frames. I always said that if Colt came back out with a 357 magnum DA revolver, I would buy it.

But, I can’t buy this one.

If they make it with a real rear sight and a 4” barrel, I will “pony up” for it. But, at nearly $900, it has to give me everything an S&W does, because the S&W is $250 less.

All that being said, it might just be the perfect CC 357 magnum revolver.

I handled one and while it was an ok nice revolver it wasn't really that stunning. Like mentioned the trigger was very nice and it was well made and while I totally understand it's not going to have the same lines as an older Colt it really just lacked something to me. And to retail for 900 and have fixed sights I think I'll pass

If I was replacing my 686 I'd get another 686 at this point (maybe a GP 100 maybe) but that's just me.
