    Falling at my age gets a quick wiggle check to see if everything is working before I attempt to get up.

    Sorry to hear that. Maybe you need some rest in MM's hammock? I know you go at it hard every day, maybe it's time to slow down a little, rest once in awhile. I don't think anyone here would argue that you deserve some R&R.

    Years ago mountain biking taught me to do a wiggle and pat down check before trying to move much...looking for pain, blood and/or bones sticking out. Sometimes this had to wait until the stars went away.

    CM, as a very clumsy person I can relate all too well to falling over. A couple years ago I took a tumble down the old wooden staircase in my apartment and was sore for weeks. No fun.
