I had to look that word up. So you're going for a specific smell with the "tighter redolence spec"?

I'm cheap so I just settle for the smell of whatever lubes I'm using or leave them dirty and enjoy the burnt gunpowder smell mixed in.

The parts in that CZ are already top shelf stuff but they are not the stuff you normally like, such as having a true-radius sear that gives a different feel than the normal CM glass rod break. If you end up with a spare wide spur hammer, let me know. Iíll gladly take that one off your hands if you want to sell it. Sear too.

The sear in the gun right now is a radius piece and yes it feels different. I have not been able to run it yet so it is in Limbo.

Iím on the fence regarding the true-radius style sear. I like the idea behind it but the best triggers Iíve felt have not been TR sears. I donít know if you can stone the radius off of a sear without messing the fit between the sear and hammer up.

That wide spur is just plain old sexy though.

I am not sure taking that much material off the sear is a good idea. If it is forged it should be OK.

And there are a couple of these floating around. I think one is in a 1911 I did for H-45.
