Came across an older taurus revolver. It doesn't seem to have any model number marked anywhere.
Left side of the barrel says forjas taurus s.a. p alegre rgs brasil.
    Right side says. Cal .38
Right side of the frame under the cylinder says....
    Firearms Int'l Corp
    Washington D.C.
    .38 special
Then the Sn and made in Brazil
The crane is stamped 203 B then the inside of the frame with the cylinder open is stamped GL

It's a four inch barrel with what look to be plastic grips.

I haven't been able to find much on the interwebs and tried the taurus website and entering the SN

    Thanks

I have an older Tarus which is made almost identical looks wise to a S&W and has the hammer mounted firing pin. I bought it well used in 1986. Has a 3" barrel. Nickle plated. It was a great shooter and decent action.

Not sure how they are these days as I have only used S&W wheelguns as far as DA is concerned.

I have an older nickle Taurus 85 that was born in 1990.
It's one of the most accurate little revolvers I have.
It actually sees some holster time, occasionally!
Love their older stuff...not a fan of their newer stuff!
