I have a new in the box 10rd Buckmark magazine that I have no use for. So I've decided to give it to someone who can use it.

Going to hold a competition and the winner gets it shipped to them. Indiana residents only.

Start off with a picture of your best 10 shot group at 25 feet. Post them using some kind of measuring device so all can see them clearly. This will be round 1. Deadline for posts will be April 1st at 0800 eastern time. One photo per contestant.

    Bench rest can be used.

What a great fun idea!

Makes me want to dig out some range pics when I had mine: 5.5" & 7.25" barrels just so others with better eyes/hands could enjoy beating me (since I love to post range pics, but know I'm very "average."
Plus, I didn't have a scope or red dot on either, unless I forgot I had one on the 7.25" just for fun before I sold it.
    And, I mostly shot 20' & 30' & not 25' & I have sold them both anyway.

Picking up another Buckmark just for fun this week.
It won't be as accurate as the 7.25 barrel Buckmark Hunter that I had, but I don't mind submitting a pic in so anyone (or everyone  ) can enjoy besting it.
W/O an optic, I'll do fair, average if I'm "sharp" that day. :)

I went back and looked at some old targets.
I could shoot better at 50' with a red dot than at 20' w/o one. :dunno:
I would have posted them here for your entertainment, but since this isn't my thread, I thought I shouldn't. :ar15:

If you want to shoot farther than 25' go ahead. I'm just keeping it rather simple since I have no use for the magazine.

    Oh my sakes, NO!
When I want to feel good about myself, I shoot 20'/21' (depending on the range), and if I'm depressed, there is nothing like 12' or 15'.
If we were using optics, I think I could be in the "running," but since we can not use a rest, perhaps I won't embarrass myself. :dunno:
    It's all fun for me.
That's why I like buying different guns and giving them a try, then moving on to the next.
That's why I'm now to the point after nearly 3 yrs. of buying guns I've already had before: I miss them!

With iron sights and a Tactical Solutions lightweight barrel, this is as good as I can do unsupported. I remember shooting this at my cabin property a while back, and had walked-off the distance as 10 yards.
I'm probably already beat .... but thought that the contest could use at least one more entry.

Thanks, DadSmith ..... giving away the magazine is a cool idea ! :yesway:
