I have been looking for an affordable P08 Luger and a C96 Mauser for years, then one day walked into the local shop and there they were sitting on the table. Popped for both on the spot.

It is actually a C96 Bolo, the compact version of the Broomhandle.

Mine is a Bolo also. The ser# on mine is about 10k shy of yours manufactured between 1923 and 1930.

Are the grips original? Mine have the matching serial numbers on the inside of the slabs.

I went with the leather holster as it makes it easier to use as a carry weapon :D.

On a side note, mine has a rack number on the frame just above the left grip indicating is was an issue weapon of some type. It is SMP333 if that means anything to anyone it would be neat to know.

I had never seen one for sale in person, so when I saw one in an auction I bid what I would have paid for it in a LGS and won.

There was a Red9 for sale at Elmores 2 years back for a grand, should have picked that one up, but wasn't sure about the legality of the after market stock/holster

American arms. It was a fluke that they had these, though they had 2 more broom handles for a month after I bought mine.
4 seasons has some nice guns....but they REALLY like their guns.
