First post.. Quick glock 30 question.

I have an older glock 30 without the rails on the receiver. Does anyone know if I can upgrade just the receiver so the numbers match or do I just have to buy a new pistol? Any info would be appreciated Thank you.

Call Glock. They will swap you frames for a fee, but IIRC it will not have the same numbers (but I THINK you can request it and wait a little longer for it to be stamped your original but "-1" or something similar added.) Give the boys down in Smyrna a call, they're real nice and usually do everything they can to help you out.

I have read the same thing. I was looking to get an additional 19 receiver to cut down to 26 length. They don't sell them outright, but they do swap them.
