    FLYER IS HERE

We are 5 months away from the 5th annual NWI INGO & WINAMAC DNR Family Day!
Yes boys and girls we have been doing this for 5 years now! :D

This thread will server as a starting point to get the word our to the rest of INGO, ammo donations, food donations and more importantly a call for volunteers. The event will be on SATURDAY 17 JUNE 2017.

For those new to this event you can read more about our past experience below:
    2013 event
    2014 event and 2014 Pics
    2015 event and 2015 Pics
    2016 event and 2016 Pics

    ---
So here is what we need to talk about right now.

    1) Can you volunteer?
    - We need firearms instructors to teach the kids (we can supply you with .22lr longgun and ammo if needed)
    - We need skeet/trap shooter operators
    - We need safety range officers to oversee each of the areas (4 to 5 ranges)
    - We need photographers
    - We need ammo runners (to take ammo to the various benches)
    - We need cooks (we will supply the food and equipment)
    - We need greeters

    ---
You can't volunteer (in person) but want to help?

The past 4 years INGO member have been kind and generous in donating ammo (.22lr mainly) for this event.
Once again we need donations to make this even possible.
    - .22lr ammo mainly
    - .223 and 7.62x39 for the single 'big rifles bench'
(does not matter if you are not in NWI we have members that go all over the state and can bring back your ammo donation)
    - money donations for t-shirts/caps for the volunteers (1775usmarine is handling this for us this year again)
    - food/money donations for food (we feed everyone hot dogs, chips, pop, water and cookies)
    - plywood/money donations for the range itself

    MONEY DONATIONS
If you want to help donate for the T-Shirts and Hats you can send funds to 1775usmarine via his paypal account of "mjadrnak@gmail.com"

The wife and I are both in for 50yd. I'll have my marlin 80 non supressored and 10/22 non supressored. If you need her for the shotgun she'd be happy to work there as well.

Also if anyone has a business and would like to donate its $20 with your name on the shirt.

I need you to repost your account for the shirts ('cause I'm too lazy to find it) and get Jedi to post it in his OP for the shoot, for others.

Since Actaeon hasn't posted yet, another brother and my father are volunteering. Also, if needed, my AR, SCAR, and AR are all available if needed. I'm not sure I'll be able to make it yet though, but I'll be trying

I just got off the phone with Hillary as she is in charge of their schedule.

We shall supply all the bacon cheeseburgers that ya'll need. Jack will cook.

I even got Hillary to "volunteer" to take pictures as for the event. I'll also take some pics as I wander around.

If you need me to do anything else I shall be happy to comply.

    Regards,

    Doug
