I've been a member for about 3 years but due to a 2013 job change and losing my dad in 2014 I've only recently had time to rekindle my interest in firearms. From my father I inherited a Winchester M1917 and a 1924 Winchester 12-12, aka 1200.

I took cleaned and oiled the 1917 and went by Highsmith's in Greenfield and they cleared it for use. Turns out it's mostly Winchester (when they returned to the armory they were often refurb end with Eddystone and Remington parts.) I believe if I change the sites to Winchester I'll have a 100%er.

The 12 I took to Indiana Gun Club and it's currently being disassembled, cleaned, test fired and reassembled. If all goes well I'll pick it up Monday.

i could go on but I'll leave it at "happy to be back".

Thanks for the fast reply. I'm nosing around and getting familiar again. I moderated a site a few years ago dedicated to the Honda a Shadow on Delphi, SA750 so it's. Not all that different. Just trying to get familiar with rules and regs.
