[/FONT][FONT="]This bayonet is outwardly identical to the German M1884/98 III, except that the blade is thinner. The scabbard is identical to the M1884/98 III, except that it has no throat piece.

Condition can been seen in the photos. Appears that someone tried to strip the finish on the bayonet scabbard. Patina consistent with a military bayonet of this age.
