What I have here are 6 Cold Steel Carbon V knife blanks I picked up along the way. I thought this would be a good way to try my hand at knife making. And as I considered this, I thought putting a Ka-bar stacked leather handle on these would be a good idea. So, I acquired some handle kits from Ka-bar as well.
Well, they've sat in the box far long enough. Maybe someone else would like to give this a go.
The blanks have had the markings ground off. The handle kits have the guard, pommel, pin, 2 spacers, and enough leather discs to do one knife. There are a total of 7 handle kits - I either misplaced a blade, can't count, or bought an extra handle kit. Be advised, the Ka-bar pieces are NOT a perfect fit for the Cold Steel blades. You will have to do some mofications either to the blade blank itself, or the handle parts (the stick tang on the blanks is bigger than the holes in the pommel, guard and leather discs).
Asking $25 each for 1 blade blank and 1 handle kit.
