Never been "used"; has been in and out of the Kydex sheath about half a dozen times.
Comes with all hardware including (but not limited to): belt clip, slide-through belt holder, 2x of mounting screws & washers, Torx wrench for mounting screws, sheath.
This would make a GREAT emergency "backup" duty knife if you're a LEO!!!!
Also makes for a great concealable knife for the rest of us... Just not for ME.
