• This PowerAssist is in "like new" condition. If it has been used, I can't tell.
• Both the plain edge and serrated blades are assisted-opening and each has a separate lock you may use to prevent unintentional opening in addition to locking open.
• Note that this tool has the leather sheath, which is also in like new condition. If you purchase this new, only the nylon sheath is available that I can find.
