Hello,
I always wanted a Hinderer, but it's probably overbuilt for my needs. This is a beast of a knife, if you like heavy duty users. I bought this used, but it has the Hinderer card. As you would expect with this kind of a knife, there is no blade play and it's very sturdy when locked out. The lock-up is good, as shown in the photos. I'm not sure what else to say about it, it's a Hinderer. The factory edge has been sharpened and it's extremely sharp and ready to rock.
Full disclosure: The previous owner stated he damaged the tip a bit and had to sharpen it out. I can't really tell from looking at it, but the new owner needs to know anyway. Also, the knife is very slightly off-center, as you can see in the pictures. The action was fairly stiff when I got it, but I lubed it with some KPL and flipped it a bunch. It's much better now, but it's not a "fall closed" blade. It wasn't meant to be a fidget toy for me, so I didn't care that it wasn't super smooth. There are other minor signs of being carried such as little scuffs on the titanium.
This will be a FTF deal, in the Hendricks County/west Indy area. The new owner deserves to inspect everything in person before proceeding. Trade interest would be a Winkler Belt Knife, or possibly other quality fixed blades.
Edit: Originally WTS/WTT, but I’d rather just trade for a fixed blade.
