From July 2015 to November 2017, GAO investigators attempt to buy guns on the "surface web" (not that b.s. term "dark web") and fail . . . all seventy-two (72) times.

Go to enough gun shows and you can see the individuals doing this. I always shudder when I walk by their tables.
