... next time someone says "...every time there's another school shooting the same thing happens - nothing gets done because gun fanatics block any sensible legislation...".

They're right. Anti-gun fanatics insist on doing the same-old, ineffective 'nothing' - treating guns as medieval deodands and passing symbolic and useless bans and restrictions and registrations. Refusing to do anything that actually would help (as in tried before, proven to work), yet insisting on trying useless gestures designed so as not to 'offend' the sensibilities of the gun-fanatics (as in those whose selfish pusuit of hatred born of ignorance drives them to prioritize anti-gun policies above all else, even if it means enacting policies proven to harm innocent children).

These self-absorbed simpering sphincters of stupidity need to be exposed for the accomplices-to-murder that they are; their self-anointed status should not shield them from scorn, even though they would have us blame some kindergarten teacher and her 14 year old daughter in Kansas for 'school shootings' because both are competitive shooters who use AR-15's in their matches, or label some inner-city black woman who is licensed to carry a concealed handgun when she goes home alone on the bus after working the night shift as 'racist' because she is an NRA member.

Make no mistake; anti-gun liberals are filled with hate and ignorance. The RINO types who 'compromise' with liberal progressive hoplophobes who want to ban types of firearms they cannot even define intelligently are no better than the Jews who sided with the Nazis because they thought it might further their career. Such virtue signaling has no place in legitimate public policy debates and politicians like the governor of Florida who engage in that are not "compromising for sensible gun laws" - they are selling their souls, and the price paid will be the dead bodies of the next victims of a school shooting.

So when the next one inevitably happens and these jerks say it's the NRA's fault, or that we simply need to make more layers of restrictive gun laws, be sure to shove a picture like this in their face and say "No, sphincters, YOU are to blame, because YOU once again refused to listen, and YOU made it all about your political career, about your ignorance, and irrational fear, and YOU felt it was all about you, and your 'virtue-signaling', instead of the hard work of learning history, learning criminology, learning ballistics, learning about 'guns', and bringing to the table something constructive. YOU were the cowards who 'took a stand against the NRA' when everyone else mindlessly did so, instead of having the courage to express a dissenting opinion based on facts, objectivity, and reason. YOU put your own self-image above the lives of innocent children, which is bad enough, then YOU made it worse by trying to blame 'gun owners' for failing to stop murders that YOU paved the way for by refusing to do anything constructive because those answers didn't fit your goals of enhancing YOUR self-image.

Congratulations - now your Snowflake friends think you're a 'crusader against gun violence'. The rest of think you're just one of the 'useful idiots' who will facilitate the next genocide; but that's only after you've enabled more far more ordinary murders in schools and churches all across the U.S."

Yep.....show the Snowflakes in your life this photo after the next mass-shooting, because THEY are the ones who refuse to do anything to prevent them. :xmad:

I doubt most gun owners would call any of this "sensible."

The part about letting teachers carry firearms is sensible. The rest of it, well, no. Unfortunately, that's politics. Also, unfortunately, since Florida teachers can now carry guns, there will very likely be few to no future school shootings in that state, but the left will believe that it was the waiting periods and raising the age to purchase that accomplished that. If the Left wanted real solutions, they would have left this bill alone and let it pass as written.
