Effingham considers 'sanctuary county' for gun owners - Story | WFLD

opposite end of the state from Chicago obviously.

Then we can all sit back and watch the left have a meltdown coming up with reasons other than the obvious when the whole county doesn't spontaneously mass-murder eachother.

At the same time, I wonder how carefully worded it is and how far it goes? just ignore the FOID and AWB type stuff or full on sanctuary-free-for-all including NFA?

Watch as the state and federal leaders suddenly decide to force compliance in this area by withholding funding. All while allowing sanctuary cities for illegals to continue and allowing states to ignore federal drug laws. (IMO drug laws should be made and enforced at the state level. Just pointing out the hypocrisy.)
