I don't know if this has been posted but it is a bit concerning.

If this were just a few activists that would be one thing, but for a possibly(?) major stockholder(Amalgamated Bank) in Sturm Ruger to basically undercut the Sturm Director Sandra Fromans renomination could pose a serious financial threat to Sturm. As Sturm may see a fall of share price with investors lack of confidence this could also hurt Amalgamateds investors. I wonder if there is a conflict of interest here?
But the bigger issue if this becomes a trend is conservatives owning certain types of companies and liberals owning other types of companies. This continued splitting of our society along philosophical issues will undermine our ability to remain economically viable as a society, let alone nation.
