    In Indiana, a lawsuit for damages on this basis would not fly. Don't know about Arkansas.

    Pretty horrible evidence and fact pattern on this one, though....17 year old clerk. Geez.

    I think what surprised me was allowing a 17 year old to sell firearms. I know businesses that sell tobacco and alcohol can't allow under aged folks to sell them.

    Those video stills are pretty damning... I believe that the family just might win this one.

    Depends upon whether Arkansas has an immunity statute like Indiana. If so, doesn't matter what's on the video. If not, yeah, that case could be trouble for the store.
