Maybe it just means no gunning, lol. The other three boxes are actions (fishING, picnicING, campING). So you can carry, ya just can’t shoot...:)

Last post in that thread by eldirector:

"Digging around... Looks like the Senate amended the firearms part out.

    Bastiges.

Appears in the Placed on Calendar Senate, but not then in the Engrossed Amendment Senate."

Sounds like once again, .gov may have pulled a fast one on us. :xmad:

Yes indeed. Keep this in mind also: Nesbitt v COE

A few days ago I searched for evidence (on website that tracks proposed regs) that the COE is working on or has proposed new regulations to allow the 2A back on its properties, like they told the judge they would, and didn't find anything. I suspect they are just going to sit on this. There's no chance the Democratic House is going to let a bill go through that forces their hand, and the Republicans will not dig in on a "smaller" issue like this to force the Dems to let one pass. And as we have seen, the Republican Senate won't let it go through anyway.

So if you want to legally carry on COE lands, you can either go to Idaho, or come up with another lawsuit similar to Nesbitt.
