I just got my ballot for the 2019 NRA Directors Election.

I only recognize a handful of the names and some of those I'm not totally sure on their stance as far as representation. Your input is appreciated. :ingo:

I am only voting for Adam Kraut. There are worthy others but I want him on the board the most.

    This!

it is called targeted voting. That way the ballot is set up it works out like this: Many of us want Adam in to give our input but in a group election where you vote for a number of candidates you may very well be voting for the candidate that knocks your primary preferred candidate out. Therefore only voting for the one candidate you primarily want will give that candidate the best chance to win.

    Adam Kraut, Esq.

    Could be anywhere
Other than I see him on TV promoting gun rights, I don't really know how he acts in the board room.

If it's anything like his concert I saw in Germany it's going to be swinging in on a rope wearing a buckhide cod piece...he's been supporting gun rights (and use) since the 70's at least.

Wow - never showed up at a single meeting?

I wonder what The Gunny's record was.

i recognize that some star power is needed, and the board is by its very nature is a political position, but Adam can add so much to the direction of the organization, he has great videos on NFA and other gun laws, he is an active attorney defending gun rights and people in gun rights cases. He really has a great handle where the rubber meets the road of guns, rights, and law.

Check out some of his videos...

You got me sold. As of now, only planning to vote for Adam Krout.

That attendance record is pretty damning for a lot of the directors. :n00b:

Maybe someone will come along before time to vote with more information?

Any further on the hope for our own Guy Relford as a write-in or is that wasted effort for false hope?

Thank you Expat. Very helpful info there.

Now I'm thinking, Krout, Oz and Robinson?

Lot of folks like the guy from NJ. Hard for me to get with folks from states that don't like us. :dunno:

I hear ya, but maybe all that hardship will make him fight more.

I have always checked the recommendation from SOF mag. He seems to take RKBA seriously.
