    I'm pretty sure that IN doesn't have this law, in fact, I'd bet my guns on it, bullets first. That's if I had any. You know, that terrible boating accident.
    I'm guessing you mean like Indiana's 'people', not 'law'?

    Indiana used to have a UBC law. It was repealed in the late '90s I believe, because it was unenforceable.

    My first question is how do they enforce this law without requiring all firearms to be registered to someone? There’s no way for them to really know if the sale was made prior to the passing of said law.

    But they do thrive on fear mongering, and it's effective. Many people (sheeple) will be scared away from a transaction just from fear. There was just a thread on here about collecting info/determining prohibited possessor status between private parties that, I believe, is rooted in that fear.
    And any transaction that is stopped is a win for the left. Think of the children!
