Huge disappointment for Nevada and the 2A in general, it seems as though the Californication of Nevada is well underway.

Indiana used to have a UBC law. It was repealed in the late '90s I believe, because it was unenforceable.

But they do thrive on fear mongering, and it's effective. Many people (sheeple) will be scared away from a transaction just from fear. There was just a thread on here about collecting info/determining prohibited possessor status between private parties that, I believe, is rooted in that fear.
And any transaction that is stopped is a win for the left. Think of the children!
