    Read the comments on that article. Unlikely to get passed by the Democrat governor. :(

    No reason to stop pushing. Take the long view. The Republicans have majorities in both the state legislative bodies. Point out how 13 other states have done it without "blood running in the streets". Make them actually vote and see who stands where and who deserves reelection. Change takes time and effort.

    New Hampshire and Oklahoma both had ConC vetoed before it was passed. Missouri overrode a veto to pass ConC. I think we're up to 16 States with ConC now.

    So what is the hold up?

    Where ya been? Quick answer at 0530 is (in no particular order): Bosma, Bray, a lot of organizations that represent Police (note I didn't say the Police) since it involves money and obviously more money than it takes to run the program, vague poll questions that are used to say it's not wanted in the State, the lifetime LTCH, a population that doesn't understand the issue like most do here on INGO (not all of these are Fudds), Fudds.

    Summer Study in 2017 opened my eyes to what we're up against. More to follow...
