Unless there is more than the 15 or so second clip that I saw, saying he was threatening the justices is a pretty big stretch.

Yep... Schumer is part of a protected class. Had this been someone of a non-protected class, say like....a republican making these statements, you can bet there’d be a media-wide call to begin an investigation.
